Troop 131 is celebrating a very big milestone on Saturday, June 10, 2017!

We have the entire Geneseo city park reserved to celebrate in style.

The celebration with the community and surrounding area is set to start at 1:00pm and will go until 4:00pm.

We will have multiple displays to set-up including placing decorations, setting up a camp site, rain gutter regatta area, pine wood derby area, dutch oven cooking demonstrations, rope monkey bridge, knots and lashings station, display of canoes, display of climbing gear and explanations, display of previous Troop patches and t-shirts, display of photos from Troop activities.

Other items of interest for the day: we will have carnival themed food (popcorn, cotton candy, ice cream) and water for a minimal fee, the DNR will have a display of taxidermy animals, Mr. Shore will bring his old scout memorabilia to display, we hope that the OA can do a demonstration, and face painting.

Boy Scout Troop 131 is chartered by KIWANIS CLUB OF GENESEO, ILLINOIS, one of the oldest Kiwanis clubs in the country.
