Members of the Hispanic Initiative Committee are charged with shaping the organization’s strategies to reach and serve the Hispanic population. Through its strategic planning, the committee can address specific concerns facing Latinos in America, including education, economic growth, and health care.
As each phase of the strategy is implemented, you will witness real results—the emergence of a multigenerational tradition in which young Scouts and their parents strengthen family bonds through participation in the Scouting program.
