CPR/AED and Wilderness First Aid Trainings
Twice a year the Illowa Council will host a CPR/AED or Wilderness First Aid Training at the Council Service Center or Camp Loud Thunder. If we do have an upcoming training, you will find registration information located on this page.
Red Cross Wilderness First Aid Training
This class is designed to give you solid first aid skills in a wilderness setting and is a required course for at least one adult leader on any BSA high adventure trip.
Participants must be at least 16 years old and must have a valid CPR/AED certification in order to participate. A CPR class is offered as an 'add-on' in conjunction with the Wilderness First Aid Training.
||November 14-16, 2014 (CPR/AED add-on is on Friday night, November 14)
||Course begins at 8:00 a.m. and should conclude by noon on Sunday
(Friday night add-on begins at 6:00 p.m.)

||$40 for WFA course - $10 for the CPR add-on course
This course is limited to the first 25 participants to register. Participants must bring their BSA Medical Form Parts A & B with them to camp. Click here for further details.
