The Community Impact Gala is an event attended by Scouts, Scouters, community partners, business supporters and others who are interested in investing in the youth of the Illowa Council. The dinner is a catered affair that provides the opportunity to contribute directly to Scouting in the 13 counties in Western Illinois and Eastern Iowa. Illowa Council also enjoys the opportunity to publicly thank its volunteers and donors, as well as recognize 2024’s Eagle Scouts.

Silent Auction
The Illowa Council is on the hunt… we’re looking for unique and fantastic items for our Silent Auction at this year’s Gala! Are you a business owner? Consider a gift card for products or services. Are you crafty? Consider a one-of-a-kind item that would show off your skills!
Proceeds from the Silent Auction will go towards Scoutreach, our council-funded BSA membership program that provides under privileged youth the opportunity to experience Scouting.
In exchange, you or your organization will be recognized in our Gala program, on our OneCause site, and we’ll also give you a shout out RIGHT HERE! Gift in Kind letters are also available upon request.

We are looking for businesses to partner with us to cover the costs of this event. The more the costs are covered, the more we are able to plug back in to great programs like Scoutreach and Camperships. Would you consider partnering with us?
In exchange, you or your organization will be recognized in our Gala program, on our OneCause site, and we’ll also give you a shout out RIGHT HERE! Your organization will also receive signage at our event. These sponsorship opportunities are 100% tax deductible!
Title Sponsorship – ONE available at $4000
In exchange, we’ll promote your organization with a complimentary full page ad in our Gala program that hits the hands of every attendee, plus we’ll add your logo to this site and our main illowabsa.org site with links back to you so people can learn more about you and your organization.
As the exclusive Title Sponsor, we’ll add prominent signage at the stage and in the lobby to ensure our volunteers, donors, Eagle Scouts, and community leaders know about this amazing partnership! We would also welcome our Title Sponsor to provide their own marketing or display materials at this event.
Dinner Sponsorship – TWO available at $3000 each

As a Dessert Sponsor, we’ll add signage at the dessert table to ensure our volunteers, donors, Eagle Scouts, and community leaders know about this amazing partnership!
Community Leader Sponsorship – UNLIMITED available at $300 each.
- In exchange, we’ll share your name in our Gala program that hits the hands of every attendee (unless you request to remain anonymous) to ensure our volunteers, donors, and Eagle Scouts know about your contribution
Eagle Sponsorship – $60, UNLIMITED available! Help us cover the cost of the attending 2024 Eagle Scouts (they come for free!) through a sponsorship! This covers their meal, patch sets, and coin they receive when they attend.
Centerpiece Sponsorship – Donation of 50 small individually potted perennial or annual plants (flowers or veggies) that we can raffle off at the end of our event. We can provide a gift-in-kind letter for this opportunity. Your organization will receive all the same recognition, and we’ll also find a way to add your logo to each of the plants.
If a sponsorship isn’t possible for your organization this year, but you’d still like to give financially, we appreciate it! We’ll still do our best to provide marketing opportunities for your business through all our available platforms.
