Merit Badge Counselors are adult volunteers who play an integral part of the Scouts BSA advancement process. The merit badge program is designed to teach Scouts about a wife variety of topics, which will hopefully lead to new interests, hobbies, or possibly a future career. There are many resources for adults who are willing to take part in in this vital role in Scouts BSA.
